Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the last item of your order.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in original packaging.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
