A preorder allows you to purchase items before they are officially released or restocked.

By placing a preorder, you secure your item and guarantee you'll receive it once it becomes available.

Preorder Timeline

Estimated shipping dates are provided on each preorder product page.

We will notify you via email if there are any changes to the expected delivery date.

Preorder items will ship separately from in-stock items

Payment

Payment is processed at the time you place your preorder.

Your card will be charged immediately when you complete your preorder purchase

Cancellations

Preorders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled release date.

To cancel a preorder, please contact us at info@cerberusjewellery.com.

Refunds for cancelled preorders will be processed within 10 days.

Shipping

Preorder items will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorder items cannot be combined with regular in-stock items for shipping.

Changes and Updates

We will keep you informed of any changes to your preorder status.
